The Springfield Foundation's Charitable Checking program is a simple, no-fee service. It offers individuals, families, companies and others the opportunity to recommend charitable distributions from a non-endowed, named, donor advised fund.

Establishing a Charitable Checking advised fund is easy. A fund can be set up after completing a few simple forms and by contributing a minimum of $100. Once established, the fund is ready for immediate operation.

Charitable grant distributions are recommended by you, and then approved by the Springfield Foundation. We ensure that your gifts go to qualified charities throughout the United States. Make distributions as often as you wish, to any number of charities, in amounts of $25 or more. You receive the credit and recognition for all charitable grant distributions, unless you prefer they be made anonymously. Meanwhile, the Springfield Foundation handles all the paperwork and provides you with a quarterly report of activity.
