Unrestricted Funds allow the Springfield Foundation’s Board of Trustees its greatest flexibility in making grants to the community.  These gifts address ever changing needs – including future needs that often could not be anticipated at the time the gift was made.  The flexibility of unrestricted gifts enables the Foundation’s program experts to respond the community’s needs – today and in the future.
