Now, donors of all means can begin to make a big difference in our community, with a small amount of money. Horizon Funds allow donors to build charitable endowments the same way individuals build retirement plans – with regular contibutions over time.

You can create a Horizon Fund named for yourself, to honor someone else, or on behalf of an organization, and add funds to the principal at your own pace. The fund will bear no Foundation administrative fees, and not be subject to market losses or gains. Once your Horizon Fund has attained a value of $10,000, it will become a permanent endowment fund directed toward community needs of your choosing.
