Scholarships Awarded in 2008

In 2008, the Springfield Foundation awarded over $278,500 in scholarship grants. These grants supported 193 students in their education, with 107 new awards and 86 renewals. Students from all across Clark County are supported with scholarship funds.

New scholarships are established at the Springfield Foundation every year, each with a different set of requirements. Most are primarily need-based and reward academic accomplishments. Donors who create a scholarship fund help to determine the criteria for the award.
